1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SyncDev's services, including our website, MVP development services and products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our Services.
2. Service Description
SyncDev provides:
- MVP (Minimum Viable Product) development services
- SaaS and web product development
- Mobile application development
- Technical consulting and integration services
3. Payment Terms
- Payment schedules are agreed in writing before a project begins
- Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the service agreement
- Late payments may incur additional charges
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
4. Intellectual Property
- Clients retain ownership of their pre-existing IP
- Custom development work is transferred to the client upon full payment
- SyncDev retains ownership of its pre-built components and internal frameworks
5. Client Responsibilities
- Providing accurate project requirements
- Timely review and feedback on deliverables
- Maintaining the security of account credentials
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws
6. Limitation of Liability
SyncDev shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question.
7. Termination
- Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice
- Immediate termination is permitted for breach of these terms
- All outstanding payments must be settled upon termination
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tamil Nadu, India.
