1. Overview
This refund policy applies to all software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications and subscriptions provided by SyncDev ("we," "our," or "us"). By subscribing to any of our services, you agree to this refund policy.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all new subscriptions to our SaaS applications. To be eligible for a refund:
- The refund request must be made within 14 days of the initial purchase
- The service has not been extensively used (more than 20% of any service limits)
- The account must not have violated our Terms of Service
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscription renewals after the initial 14-day period
- Add-on services or features purchased separately
- Custom development or implementation services
- Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact our support team at contact@syncdev.com
- Include your account details and reason for the request
- Allow up to 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
5. Pro-rated Refunds
For annual subscriptions cancelled after the 14-day refund period, we may, at our discretion, offer pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of the service on a case-by-case basis.
6. Changes to This Policy
SyncDev reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting to our website.
