Ling 3.0 Flash VL adds image and video understanding to the Ling reasoning architecture for visual analysis and agents.
The specification score summarizes recorded features and limits. It is not a benchmark result.
Recorded modality support shows what this model can accept and produce. An undocumented modality is shown as unknown rather than assumed to be unsupported.

Ling 3.0 Flash VL adds image and video understanding to the Ling reasoning architecture for visual analysis and agents.
Flash VL accepts text, images and video and returns text. The model card describes 124B total parameters and 5.5B active parameters per token. A visual encoder and projector connect supplied visual evidence to the hybrid language backbone, allowing questions that depend on diagrams, screenshots or video events.
The released text configuration sets 131,072 positions. The publisher’s serving recipe extends this to 262,144 through YaRN. This profile records the native configuration and explains the extension rather than treating the larger limit as automatic for every runtime.
Include a screenshot with small labels, a chart whose axes affect the answer and a video question about a particular moment. Require the answer to identify the visible evidence. Test an image where the requested detail is absent to see whether the assistant invents it. For video, use the same sampling settings across models.
Thinking is enabled by default. Use the multimodal processor and supported serving recipe, keeping image resolution and history length within the chosen hardware budget. The full checkpoint still needs to fit memory even though only a fraction of experts activate for each token. MIT licensing and downloadable weights do not establish a managed API price or guarantee a particular browser-control environment.

Documented limits: 131.07K context. Measure a completed task using the prompts, documents and tools your application will use. Include reasoning and retries in the result.
The weights are downloadable under MIT. Check runtime support and size the complete model and working context for your expected concurrency.
