Endpoint — InConfiguration is passed through the environment: SANDBOX_URL, SANDBOX_API_KEY, INVALID_KEY, ADMIN_TOKEN, CLOUDFLARE_API_TOKEN, CLOUDFLARE_ACCOUNT_ID. Treat anything key-shaped as a real credential — scope it to the minimum the server needs, and rotate it if it ever lands in a shared config.
