Configuration is passed through the environment: SALESFORCE_USERNAME, SALESFORCE_PASSWORD, SALESFORCE_TOKEN, SALESFORCE_INSTANCE_URL, SALESFORCE_CONSUMER_KEY, SALESFORCE_CONSUMER_SECRET.
