What is the OpenLMNP MCP Server?

OpenLMNP exposes furnished-rental accounting workflows through a hosted MCP endpoint and self-hosted Laravel application.

Work with rental accounting records

OpenLMNP is designed for French furnished-rental accounting. The MCP integration covers properties, rental income, expenses, depreciation and accounting exports. It belongs to the wider Laravel application rather than a standalone npm server. An assistant's result should be checked against the underlying entries and supporting documents before it becomes part of a reporting workflow.

Demo access and personal access

The registry manifest documents a hosted Streamable HTTP endpoint. Without a personal token, it provides the public read-only demo. A personal Bearer token selects the user's own data instead. A self-hosted deployment uses its own endpoint and account configuration; do not point credentials for a private deployment at an unrelated hosted service.

Check records before exports

Begin with a property and a small set of known income and expense entries. Confirm ownership, amounts and the selected reporting period, then inspect how the application calculates depreciation and exports records. Reading the demonstration does not grant permission to change personal accounts. Review accounting and tax outputs against the source records and the requirements of the relevant filing workflow.
