Designvault MCP Server

Designvault is an MCP integration. Search, browse and manage your DesignVault design-asset library from any MCP client.

Packages and local setup

The published npm package is designvault-mcp, version 0.1.3. Its declared MCP transport is stdio.

The package declares DESIGNVAULT_API_KEY (required): Per-organization DesignVault API key (dv_live_…). Generate one under Settings → API keys.; DESIGNVAULT_BASE_URL: Override the API base URL (defaults to https://www.designvault.net). Point at a preview deployment or http://localhost:3000 during development.; DESIGNVAULT_ENABLE_WRITE: Set to 1/true to register the write tools (create, update, delete). Off by default so a shared key cannot mutate data without explicit opt-in..
