Magnet Desktop MCP Server

MacOS and Windows desktop apps for exploring MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers. Exposed over MCP by the magnet desktop mcp server, that capability becomes something an assistant can invoke while it works, not something you go and do afterwards.

What it actually does

Magnet is building a Programmable Action Agent Platform on Base, enabling AI agents to autonomously execute tasks and handle on-chain transactions. We're creating the infrastructure layer that allows Claude AI to become autonomous earning agents.

Adding it to your client

Setup follows the usual MCP pattern — install or clone the server, register it in your client's configuration file, restart the client.

When to reach for it
