An MCP server that gives your AI agent primary-source lithium / battery-metals mining data — production, AISC, reserves, ownership, royalties, offtakes, and corporate financials for 40 producers and 49 mines, every figure extracted from SEC / ASX / TSX / SEDAR / cninfo filings and FX-normalized to USD.

Configuration

You will need 5 environment variables: CDP_API_KEY_ID, CDP_API_KEY_SECRET, CDP_WALLET_SECRET, X402_MAX_PRICE, VAULT_BASE_URL. The server will not start without them, which is usually why the tools fail to appear on a first run. Keep credentials in your client's env block or a secrets manager rather than in a file you might commit.

Adding it to your client

The server ships on npm as lithium-vault-mcp, so your MCP client can launch it on demand — there is no separate build step. Add the server block to your client's configuration, restart it, and the tools register themselves.
