Packages and local setup

The published oci package is ghcr.io/limitcool/quota-mcp:0.3.2. Its declared MCP transport is stdio.

The package declares QUOTA_MCP_MASTER_KEY: 64 hex chars AES master key for credential encryption (required in production; without it the key is derived from machine traits); QUOTA_MCP_DB: SQLite path inside the container (default /data/quota-mcp.db, backed by the /data volume).
