Packages and local setup

The published pypi package is peering-mcp, version 0.1.1. Its declared MCP transport is stdio.

The package declares PEERINGDB_API_KEY: A free PeeringDB API key. Recommended, not required: it raises the rate limit, and every tool works without one.; PEERING_MCP_CACHE_TTL: How long a cached upstream response stays usable, in seconds.; PEERING_MCP_CACHE_DIR: Where the on-disk cache lives. Defaults to $XDG_CACHE_HOME/peering-mcp.; PEERING_MCP_NO_CACHE: Set to 1 to disable caching.
