JustCall MCP Server
Connect Justcall to Claude, Cursor or any other MCP client and it stops being a tab you switch to. JustCall MCP Server. The justcall mcp server is what makes that connection.
The JustCall Model Context Protocol (MCP) Server lets Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI agents make real-world voice calls and send SMS directly through JustCall’s APIs — securely, contextually, and programmatically.
The toolset is worth reading before you wire it up, because it tells you what the integration is really for:
list_calls — Lists all JustCall calls with various filtering optionsget_call — Get a specific JustCall call by IDupdate_call — Update a JustCall call (disposition, notes, rating)get_call_journey — Fetch the sequence of events for a specific callget_voice_agent_data — Get voice agent data for a specific call (deprecated, use get_voice_agent_call)get_voice_agent_call — Retrieve voice agent related data for a specific calllist_users — List all users/agents in the accountget_user — Get detailed information for a specific user/agentupdate_user_availability — Update a user's availability status to available or unavailable for callssend_sms — Send an SMS/text message to a contactlist_sms — Retrieve all SMS/text messagesget_sms — Get detailed information for a specific SMS/text messageConfiguration is passed through the environment: JUSTCALL_API_KEY, JUSTCALL_API_SECRET. Treat anything key-shaped as a real credential — scope it to the minimum the server needs, and rotate it if it ever lands in a shared config.
Because this one is hosted, setup is mostly authentication — you point your client at the endpoint and approve access. Nothing runs on your machine, so there is no runtime to keep patched.
Plenty of developer tooling servers cover similar ground. The differences that matter in practice are scope of access and how much setup stands between you and a working tool call. Justcall's toolset — list_calls, get_call, update_call and 11 more — is a fair guide to whether it matches your workflow. It is maintained by saaslabsco; worth a glance at recent repository activity before you build anything load-bearing on it.
We check each listing at SyncDev against the project's documentation before it goes live — if something here drifts out of date, it is a bug worth reporting.
