Formio-uag MCP Server

Formio-uag is an MCP integration. The Universal Agent Gateway (UAG) enables in-process agentic automation using Form.io.

Packages and local setup

The published npm package is @formio/uag, version 1.13.2. Its declared MCP transport is streamable-http.

The package declares PROJECT (required): API endpoint to Enterprise project or OSS server; PROJECT_KEY: Project API Key (Enterprise) or ADMIN_KEY (OSS); ADMIN_KEY: Server admin key for Community Edition. Not required for Enterprise deployment.; UAG_LICENSE: License for Enterprise deployment. Not required for Community Edition.; JWT_SECRET (required): Secret used to generate and validate JWT tokens; PORT: Server port (default: 3200); PROJECT_TTL: Project cache refresh interval in seconds (default: 900); JWT_EXPIRE_TIME: JWT token expiration in seconds (default: 3600); PORTAL_SECRET: Enterprise Portal connection secret; MONGO: Direct MongoDB connection URI (Enterprise); MONGO_CONFIG: MongoDB driver configuration (JSON); BASE_URL (required): The URL clients reach the UAG at. Published in the .well-known OIDC (PKCE) definitions and used for authentication callbacks, so remote agents cannot authenticate without it. Must be a public URL when remote agents connect in; a private or localhost URL is fine for a local MCP client.; LOGIN_FORM: Public URL to login form JSON endpoint; CORS: CORS domain or JSON configuration (default: ); DEBUG: Debug logging filter (e.g. formio.).

Before connecting

Check the maintainer’s instructions for account access, authentication and the supported client configuration.
