Everything Search becomes available to MCP clients through the everything search mcp server. Fast Windows file search using Everything SDK.
An MCP server that provides fast file searching capabilities across Windows, macOS, and Linux. On Windows, it uses the Everything SDK. On macOS, it uses the built-in mdfind command. On Linux, it uses the locate/plocate command.
Once connected, the assistant can call these 4 tools directly:

The server reads one environment variable: EVERYTHING_SDK_PATH. Keep credentials in your client's env block or a secrets manager rather than committing them.
