Elisym MCP Server

Elisym is an MCP integration. AI agent discovery, marketplace, messaging, and payments on Nostr - no platform, no middleman.

Packages and local setup

The published npm package is @elisym/mcp, version 0.32.2. Its declared MCP transport is stdio.

The package declares ELISYM_AGENT: Name of an elisym agent identity (reads config from ~/.elisym/ /elisym.yaml); ELISYM_NOSTR_SECRET: Nostr secret key (hex or nsec) for ephemeral mode. Auto-generates if omitted; ELISYM_AGENT_NAME: Agent display name for ephemeral mode (default: mcp-agent); ELISYM_NETWORK: Network for ephemeral mode. Only 'devnet' is supported (default: devnet); ELISYM_PASSPHRASE: Passphrase to decrypt encrypted agent configs (required if config was encrypted); ELISYM_ALLOW_WITHDRAWAL: Set to '1' to override per-agent security.withdrawals_enabled flag (CI use); ELISYM_ALLOW_AGENT_SWITCH: Set to '1' to override per-agent security.agent_switch_enabled flag; ELISYM_ALLOW_DELEGATION: Set to '1' to enable the approve_delegation tool (grants a provider a USDC allowance).

Before connecting

Check the maintainer’s instructions for account access, authentication and the supported client configuration. Once connected, inspect the tools your client receives and try a small task that matches the server’s stated purpose. The registry description does not include a verified, complete tool list.
