Packages and local setup

The published oci package is ghcr.io/dv1-321/scalpstream-mcp:v0.1.6. Its declared MCP transport is stdio.

The package declares EVM_BASE_PRIVATE_KEY: Base-mainnet private key holding a little USDC, used to pay per call. Leave unset to run in preview-only mode, where every paid tool returns the free preview and the exact price instead. Gas is sponsored by the facilitator, so the wallet needs USDC and no ETH. Use a throwaway key.; SCALPMCP_MAX_PRICE_USD: Refuse any single call quoted above this many dollars. Defaults to 0.10. Checked before anything is signed, so a refusal costs nothing.; SCALPMCP_BUDGET_USD: Refuse once this process has spent this many dollars in total. Defaults to 2.00..
