What is the Jotform MCP Server?

Jotform’s hosted MCP server brings forms and submissions into a compatible AI client. The maintainer documents tools for listing forms, creating or editing a form, retrieving submissions and creating a submission. It also distinguishes the standard MCP service from its interactive MCP App experience.

Inspect the form before changing records

Find the target form and review its fields before requesting an edit or a new submission. Preserve the form and submission identifiers when analysing feedback. For a new questionnaire, review the proposed questions and required fields before using it to collect responses.

Complete Jotform’s OAuth connection

The documented hosted address is https://mcp.jotform.com. Jotform requires OAuth on first connection and says bearer-token access is not supported. Its README notes that workspace admins install the MCP app. Authorised clients can be reviewed or revoked through the account’s connected-app settings; no local server installation is required.
