Manage DevCycle feature flags, inspect project settings and review flag evaluation counts through a hosted OAuth MCP connection.
DevCycle’s MCP server connects an assistant to feature flag management. It supports project selection, flag and variable operations, targeting overrides and evaluation counts. It is useful when a code change and the flag controlling its rollout need to be examined together.
A practical first request is to find a named flag and explain its current configuration. Establish the project and intended environment before requesting a change. Keep the flag identifier and the settings you inspected with the result, so a teammate can check the same configuration.
The hosted endpoint is https://mcp.devcycle.com/mcp. DevCycle documents browser-based OAuth sign-in and an organization-selection step when an account has several organizations. Its setup guide covers individual clients; follow the instructions for the client you use rather than copying a configuration from another editor.
Evaluation totals can help explain whether a flag is being used. Treat them separately from business outcomes: an evaluation count does not show that a release improved conversion or reliability.
