MCP server for the datos.gov.co open-data record of decisions (sentencias) by the Colombian Constitutional Court (Corte Constitucional). Verifies whether a citation exists and returns its metadata.
Everything the assistant can do here goes through one of these:
co_search_sentencias — Free-text search (e.g. by magistrado name or proceso type)co_get_sentencia — Exact lookup by citation, e.g. "T-012/92" - verifies it existsYou will need one environment variable: CO_ELI_BASE_URL. The server will not start without them, which is usually why the tools fail to appear on a first run. Keep credentials in your client's env block or a secrets manager rather than in a file you might commit.
