Cloudglue MCP Server
If you want an AI assistant working directly with Cloudglue, the cloudglue mcp server is the bridge. Cloudglue MCP Server.
Connect Cloudglue to Cursor, Claude Desktop, and other AI assistants to unlock the power of video collection understanding. Cloudglue helps turn your videos into structured data ready for LLMs.
Setup follows the standard MCP pattern: clone or install the server, then register it in your client's configuration file and restart the client. The configuration snippets on this page cover Claude Desktop, Claude Code and Cursor.
Before the server will start you need to supply 3 environment variables: SOME_ID, SOME_OTHER_ID, SOME_KEY. Keep credentials in your client's env block or a secrets manager rather than committing them.
First, get a Cloudglue API Key from cloudglue.dev, this will be used to authenticate the MCP server with your Cloudglue account.
Developer-tool servers are usually the first ones people connect, because they turn "help me with this code" into an assistant that can actually read the repo and act on it. Cloudglue sits in that group. Worth comparing against the other developer tools servers in this directory before you commit to one, since several overlap in scope but differ sharply in setup cost and permissions.
