How is data accessed and where does it live?

All data is accessed via the Backlog API. The server does not store data locally; it makes HTTP requests to your Backlog instance.

What authentication or transport does it use?

The server uses API key authentication, passed via the `BACKLOG_API_KEY` environment variable. Transport is HTTP/HTTPS through the Backlog API.

What credentials does it need?

It reads `BACKLOG_DOMAIN`, `BACKLOG_API_KEY`, `TEST_PROJECT_ID`, `TEST_PROJECT_KEY` from the environment. Store these in your client's env block or a secrets manager — never commit them to a repository — and grant the narrowest scope that still covers your use case.
