Packages and local setup

The published npm package is @atlasprzetargow/mcp, version 0.1.1. Its declared MCP transport is stdio.

The package declares ATLAS_API_KEY: Optional API key for /api/llm/ endpoints (unlocks AI-generated tender summaries). Without the key, all public Atlas endpoints still work in full.; ATLAS_API_BASE: Override for the Atlas Przetargów API root. Defaults to https://atlasprzetargow.pl.
