@1ly/mcp-server on npm is all you need. Most clients run it directly, so configuration is a few lines and a restart.
Configuration is passed through the environment: ONELY_WALLET_SOLANA_KEY, ONELY_BUDGET_PER_CALL, ONELY_BUDGET_DAILY, ONELY_WALLET_EVM_KEY, DCP_VAULT_ID, DCP_RELAY_URL, DCP_VAULT_HPKE_PUBLIC_KEY, MCP_HTTP_HOST. Treat anything key-shaped as a real credential — scope it to the minimum the server needs, and rotate it if it ever lands in a shared config.
